So, I just got back from my first pilates class. Figured I'd try it instead of weight training. zomgwtf My body has now been so physically abused that my muscles are plotting my demise. I love how they tell you it's low/no-impact. This is true. What they don't tell you though, is that they have you roll onto your shoulders, put one leg on the floor, put the other on the ground and then proceed to make a pretzel of your body. Enjoy your push ups? Not after pilates. Oh no. Try touching your toes, walking down on your hands into push up position and doing them like that...and then walking back up. Fuck that man. Fuck. That.
I'm totally going back Tuesday. >.>
