woot, running. I run track, and i used to do cross country until i got into high school and we had to chose between doing soccer or cc. Before i could do both!

I'd kill myself if I was in track. lol. I used to walk the mile in gym class. Half cause I didnt want to be sweaty for my next class and half to make a statement. Yeah, I was cool. lmao. And.... I ran.. I ran so far away I couldnt get away. Me = #loser#

Ugh, I wish I was a good runner. I know it's soooo good for you and everything, but since I suck, does anyone have any tips on how I can become a much better runner?

Can't do anything except just practice! Make sure you have yourself some good shoes, and either music to listen to or a friend to run with. Start out with maybe two miles, or whatever you can manage, and just go from there. Try to go a couple times a week.

I'm not really in shape so much anymore. I go through periods throughout the day where I start exercising and just don't want to stop. There's nothing compulsory about it, but I just do it because there is nothing else to do. I've been doing about 8 miles a day as a total. I wake up in the morning and start a 4 mile run. I'll do it again before bed.. I'm usually tired after the first .75 miles but I just keep going until I'm done.
