Jimi Hendrix for sure. I can't pick my other two. Perhaps Eric Clapton or Kurt Cobain. I never really got into Led Zeppelin (I don't even know who their guitarist(s) were). Kurt Cobain would never be in the top 3 or even the top 50. There is so many way better guitarist out there then him. Sorry thats how i feel. Here is my top ten 1. Jimi Hendrix 2. Jimmy Page 3. Stevie Ray Vaughan 4. Eric Clapton 5. Jeff Beck 6. Randy Rhoads 7. Tony Iommi 8. Zakk Wylde 9. Keith Richards 10. Pete Townshend

Sorry guys but I don't think Randy Rhoads belongs anywhere near top 50 simply because he can tap solo's. Hell if you guys love Randy so much where is EVH?

I love Nirvana and Kurt was a great songwriter and singer, but he was not awesome at guitar. I'm not really familiar with a lot of guitarists, but here is mine from what I know (in no particular order): Jimi Hendrix Eric Clapton John Petrucci Richard Jessee Steve Vai Yngwie Malmsteen Jimmy Page
