By the end of the summer. Or at least, thats the plan.
It has been like 3 weeks so far, and diet and exercise isn't helping. Damn my metabolism lol

You don't strike me as needing to lose weight. Are you overweight for your height etc?

Three weeks is not a long time in those terms.

lol well I wasnt planning on loosing it in 3 weeks, just saying I've been working out like mad for the past 3 weeks and nothings changed. And actually, according to the "BMI scale" I would be considered overweight.

I know, I just mean three weeks is too little time to see any real signs.

well, i know some stuff about this topic. you wont lose 30 lbs in 3 weeks. its very hard. also, you have to change your diet. working out alone will not help you lose that much weight.
you have to remove carbs from your diet. completely. start your day with 4 hard boiled eggs, without the yolk. other than that, id advise you to eat protein and stuff with splenda, like diet jello. and finally, dont eat three meals a day: eat 6, but eat the same amount of food you would with three meals, just distribute the food.
on excercising, and im only telling you this because im assuming you dont know, you have to work out and make your heart work to a 65%. thats the fat burning area. and instead of doing, for example, spinning for 3 hours, do different excercises for 20 minutes. walk for 20 minutes, then use the stair master, etc.
good luck.

I lost weight this summer But I think with living on campus and having to eat their food i'll probably gain it back.

It's not working because your metabolism has slowed down since then so it's harder to lose weight. I lost some weight after the baby by doing yoga, daily biking and other things like that. I didn't really need to change my diet because I'm a healthy eater as it is. Try doing yoga, it's really fun lol
